20Mn23AlV: This is a high-manganese non-magnetic steel, a classic non-magnetic steel grade commonly used in the field of high-voltage transformers. Its relative permeability is ≤1.05 under a magnetic field strength of 16000 A/m. Its low permeability and high resistivity significantly reduce eddy current losses in magnetic fields. It is often used to manufacture key non-magnetic components such as the inner wall of the tank, core tie plates, coil clamps, and flanges in large high-voltage transformers. It can replace low-magnetic austenitic stainless steel and non-ferrous alloys, balancing cost and performance.
